Two Ways to Start Your Health Journey at Harmony: The Hormone Blueprint and Root Cause Pathway

One of the most common things I hear from new patients is some version of: "I've been putting this off because I didn't know where to start." They have been living with symptoms for months or years. They have seen other providers who found nothing or dismissed their concerns. They want to do something different, but the process of finding the right starting point has felt overwhelming.
At Harmony, we built two specific pathways to solve this problem: the Hormone Blueprint and the Root Cause Pathway. Both are designed to be clear, affordable, structured entry points into integrative care. No ambiguity about what you are signing up for. No open-ended commitment. Just a real starting point.
Here is everything you need to know about both.
What Both Pathways Have in Common
Both the Hormone Blueprint and the Root Cause Pathway follow the same four-step structure.
The first step is a comprehensive initial consultation with Dr. Dani. This is not a brief intake appointment. It is a real conversation about your full health history, your current symptoms, your lifestyle, and your goals.
The second step is recommended functional lab testing. Based on your consultation, Dr. Dani recommends the specific panels that are most relevant to your picture. Not a generic panel applied to everyone, but targeted testing chosen for your history.
The third step is a lab review appointment. When your results come in, you have a dedicated appointment to go through them with Dr. Dani. She explains what she is seeing, what the results mean for how you are feeling, and what the clinical priorities are. You leave understanding your own labs.
The fourth step is your initial protocol: a personalized set of supplement and lifestyle recommendations based specifically on your lab results and health history. This is your starting action plan.
Both pathways are priced as a set fee. You know what you are investing before you begin.
The Hormone Blueprint: For Women Focused on Hormone Health
The Hormone Blueprint Pathway is designed for women whose primary concerns are hormone-related. This is the right starting point if your main symptoms include:
• Fatigue that does not respond to sleep or rest
• Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
• Mood changes including anxiety, irritability, or low mood
• Weight gain, particularly around the abdomen, that is not explained by diet changes
• Sleep disruption, including difficulty falling asleep, waking at night, or early morning waking
• Low libido or genitourinary changes
• Hot flashes or night sweats
• Irregular or changing cycles
• A general sense that something is off since your hormones started shifting
The Hormone Blueprint is focused on hormone regulation. The lab panel Dr. Dani recommends will be centered on sex hormones, thyroid function, cortisol rhythm, and related markers. The protocol will be oriented toward restoring hormonal balance through BHRT, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle medicine.
This is the right pathway if hormones are your primary focus and your overall health history is relatively straightforward.
The Root Cause Pathway: For More Complex Health Histories
The Root Cause Pathway follows the same four-step structure as the Hormone Blueprint, but it is designed for women with more extensive health histories who want to look at the bigger picture, not just hormones.
This is the right starting point if your history includes:
• Autoimmune conditions (Hashimoto's, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriasis, or others)
• Chronic digestive symptoms that have never been fully explained or resolved
• Chronic fatigue that has not responded to previous interventions
• A long list of symptoms across multiple body systems
• Previous abnormal lab results that were not adequately followed up
• A history of PCOS, complex hormonal patterns, or multiple hormonal diagnoses
• A sense that something is being missed, that your symptoms are connected, and that no one has looked at them as a whole
The Root Cause Pathway takes a broader view. The lab evaluation may look at gut health markers, inflammatory markers, immune function, nutritional status, and metabolic function alongside the hormone panel. The protocol may address multiple systems simultaneously.
If your health story is complex and you have been looking for a provider who will take the full picture seriously, the Root Cause Pathway is built for you.
"Both pathways begin with a free 15-minute discovery call. That call helps us determine which pathway is the right starting point for your specific history. There is no commitment and no cost."
How to Choose
If you are unsure which pathway is right for you, that is exactly what the free 15-minute discovery call is for. Dr. Dani will ask a few questions about your health history, your primary symptoms, and your goals, and can usually tell you in that conversation which starting point makes the most clinical sense.
There is no wrong answer. Some patients who begin with the Hormone Blueprint find that the Root Cause Pathway was the better fit and transition accordingly. The pathways are designed to be starting points, not rigid boxes.
What Happens After the Pathway
Both pathways are entry-level programs into the Harmony practice. They are complete programs in themselves: you will leave with lab data, clinical insights, and an actionable protocol. That is real, meaningful progress.
For patients who want to continue care after completing a pathway, follow-up appointments, ongoing protocol adjustments, and more advanced interventions including BHRT, GLP-1 therapy, and peptide protocols are available. But there is no requirement to continue. The pathway is designed to stand on its own as a complete starting point.
A Note on HSA and FSA Benefits
Both the consultation and lab portions of each pathway qualify for HSA and FSA reimbursement. If you have remaining FSA funds, December is the time to use them: FSA balances do not roll over past December 31 in most plans. You can use pre-tax dollars you have already earned to begin your pathway before year-end.
HSA funds roll over, so the urgency is lower for HSA holders. But year-end is still a natural moment to begin planning your health investments for 2027.
Starting Is the Only Hard Part
Ten years of practicing integrative medicine has taught me that the hardest part for most patients is just beginning. Not the labs, not the protocol, not the lifestyle changes: beginning.
The discovery call costs nothing. It takes fifteen minutes. It requires no commitment. It is simply a conversation to see if Harmony is the right fit for you and which starting point makes sense.
If you have been watching, reading, and thinking for months or years about doing something real about your health, this is the starting point. It is designed to be accessible on purpose.
Start 2027 with real answers. The discovery call is waiting.
